It was Norm’s position as a military attaché to the Secret Serviceand a cryptographic specialist to start the process of allowing the various governmental agencies to continue on should a nuclear holocaust come to fruition.

Norm had a critical role in communicating messages and directions during that day in Dallas in November, 1963.  Navigating through the chaotic events as they unfolded was a unique challenge.

In Norm’s assignment and position as part of the Continuity of Government Program (COG),  he played a lead role in making sure the United States Government Cabinet Officers and all major agencies went on in their mission in the event that President of the United States was incapacitated under any circumstance.

Norman travels the region to share his experiences and insight on the events that shaped our nation.  He carries with him a unique perspective from someone who was there, right in the middle of the events.  He had a role to play in planning for potential catastrophes that unfortunately came to fruition.
